Karen Houseknecht – Broker/Owner
Karen Houseknecht has been active in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She holds a broker’s license and a broker/appraiser certificate. She has been married to Miles (Mick) Houseknecht for over 35 years. Mick is a retired Pennsylvania State Trooper and currently works part-time for Clinton County. He also helps out with the family business providing a variety of maintenance services.

Karen and Mick have three children, Jaime, Tyler and Brett and three young grandchildren that keep them very busy. In her spare time, Karen enjoys knitting, gardening and of course spending time with her grandchildren. An animal lover at heart, Karen has a soft spot for Tennessee Walker horses and Shitz Tsu dogs and if you ask her she can identify every goldfish (over 30 on average!) in her pond by name.

Teresa R. Keen
Teresa R. Keen brings with her six years of experience and knowledge to the real estate market. Teresa started her real estate career with American Homes Realty in 1998. She is excited to once again to be a representative of American Homes Realty. Teresa is dedicated to being an ethical and professional real estate agent. Teresa was born and raised in Clinton County. Currently, she resides in Sullivan County with her family. Her husband, Steven, is a Business Education teacher with Sullivan County School District and her daughter, Aurora, attends Sullivan County Elementary School.

Teresa enjoys spending time with her family. Her favorite hobbies are collecting country décor, making candles and spending time outdoors in the summertime.
